It's getting to that time of the year when people are looking forward to all of those comfort dishes that we can only enjoy in moderation. One of the things I love the most is being able to cook with the family and bring dishes together. I have a few family members who aren't the best cooks in the world, lol, but we still have to find a way to include those who aren't born with the cooking gene to be involved. This creamed corn is easy enough for anyone in the family to make, and tastes great enough to please the crowd.
