The Soul of Dallas: Food & Black History Bus Tour

What could be better than touring iconic locations and sampling delicious soul food cuisine in your own backyard? Join us for the second "SOUL OF DALLAS" bus tour!

We'll visit historical local African American landmarks and learn about the significant contributions to our city. But the fun doesn't stop there! Designated *surprise* stops at Black-owned restaurants for tastings of their popular chosen soul foods and/or desserts. Take in the sites stress-free and with a fun group of fellow history lovers while exploring the tastes of Dallas from the comfort of a chauffeured, air-conditioned bus.

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

Please bring identification

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

Free parking available at departure point (African American Museum) An email will be sent to you three days prior confirming departure information from secure central Dallas area location.

What can I bring into the event?

Tastings will be provided, but you are welcome to bring snacks, sodas, etc. Water will be provided

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

***Upon registration you will receive email confirming departure location and parking details. Please arrive no later than 9:30 a.m. Our bus will depart promptly at 10:00 a.m. and return no later than 2:00 p.m. Late arrivals will NOT be allowed on bus after 10:00 a.m. ***
